Omega: The Conscious Elder - Interior Purpose and Social Engagement

While traditionally our society has not valued the vital gifts of elders, many older people are involved in a movement that is radically changing this. Increasingly, elders are exploring how to live with renewed interior purpose along with passionate engagement in the world. Many now understand the profound power and responsibility that comes with the wisdom of a lifetime, including providing guidance to upcoming generations.

There is now a profusion of elders finding ways to give back to the world, providing solutions to some of its most pressing issues. This gathering explores both the interior life of being an elder with all the inherent challenges of aging, as well as how to become a catalyst of change skillfully addressing society’s greatest challenges.

Four engaged elders lead us through presentations, panels, experiential processes, small group work, and celebration as we create a community that forges new pathways toward aging with joy, audacity, spiritual depth, and social engagement.

The Conscious Elders Network is participating in this workshop offered by Omega.
