Elder Salon On-going in Oakland, CA
Sponsored by STAGEBRIDGE and Conscious Elders Network
1st & 3rd Wednesdays 1:30 – 3:30 PM
May 2nd and 16th
Our Wednesday Salon’s are beginning to take root for the long term. We are exploring the awesome and difficult dynamics of living into our elder years, challenging ageism and seeking depth of meaning and purpose. We are riding the wave edge of a massive global emergence ... olders becoming Elders through dialogue, exploration, sharing, and deeply caring. A FREE Gathering.
These FREE gatherings are building their curriculum from the real day-to-day stuff of our lives, including our deepest imaginings & yearnings as we, older persons, seek to claim for ourselves a new identity: Conscious Elder.
Themes of our Salons include Elderhood, Community, Death/Loss, Gratitude/Grief, Meaning/Purpose, Redefining Ourselves Anew, What Can We Now Offer?, Engagement, Self-Assurance, Ripening, Discerning Priorities, Ageism and more ...
